By using Moraboo, you accept these terms and conditions, including the moderation, blocking, suspension, banning, and cancellation powers described in this document. If you do not agree with them, you must refrain from using the platform.
Moraboo is exclusively a premium dating platform for adults, with verification processes, strong moderation, an anti-escort policy, and a real prohibition on any form of sexual compensation. Moraboo is not an escort service, paid companionship service, intermediary for sexual services, or a platform intended to promote or facilitate sexual activities in exchange for money, goods, favors, or any other benefit.
Access to and use of the platform is permitted only to adults. Registration, access, or use by persons under 18 years of age is not allowed.
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account, credentials, and any activity carried out from your profile.
You must use the platform in accordance with the law and these terms, avoiding any fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct affecting third parties.
Posting illegal, misleading, violent, discriminatory content or content that infringes third-party rights is not allowed. Posting nude images or sexual content of any kind, including artistic, promotional, or any similar material, is strictly prohibited. It is also strictly prohibited to use Moraboo to offer, request, negotiate, suggest, promote, or arrange encounters conditioned on payments, compensation, gifts, benefits, or any form of sexual compensation. Likewise, any content, activity, or conduct related to sexual exploitation, human trafficking, violence, discrimination, or any form of child pornography is strictly prohibited. Moraboo, through its administration and moderation team, may immediately suspend, block, or cancel accounts related to such conduct; when the breach is serious or repeated, this may result in a permanent ban, without any right to a refund or return of payments previously made, and may cooperate with the competent authorities where appropriate.
It is strictly prohibited to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, observe, intercept, analyze, or attempt to reconstruct any part of the platform, its code, flows, security mechanisms, APIs, responses, personal or global traffic, or any other technical component, except with Moraboo's prior express written authorization. It is also strictly prohibited to use bots, scrapers, spiders, automated agents, or AI agents to detect vulnerabilities, send automated requests, perform security testing, fuzzing, scanning, enumeration, or any other form of automated analysis of the platform, except with Moraboo's prior express written authorization.
Moraboo may offer plans, subscriptions, benefits, prices, durations, and commercial conditions that are variable, dynamic, and subject to change at any time. The current commercial details applicable to each purchase will be those displayed within the platform at the time of payment. The highlighted amount on each card corresponds to the total amount paid upfront for the selected period; the monthly price shown below is for comparison purposes only. All payments are made in advance. There are no refunds for early cancellations. If an account is suspended, blocked, or banned for non-compliance, the time during which that measure remains in force will continue to count toward the current subscription period; that period is not paused or extended, and there will be no partial or full refund for inactivity resulting from that measure. The user may cancel renewal of their plan before the billing date in accordance with the applicable terms; data deletion requests will be processed separately under the privacy notice and data deletion policy.
Moraboo reserves the right to review, moderate, hide, unpublish, limit, reject, or remove profiles, images, videos, messages, or any other content whenever it deems necessary for platform security, protection of third parties, compliance with these terms, or regulatory compliance. Reports of abuse, exploitation, human trafficking, illegal content, minors, violence, discrimination, or any other serious violation must be sent to legal@moraboo.com.
The user represents and warrants that they have the rights, authorizations, and powers necessary with respect to the content they upload, publish, or transmit through Moraboo. By the mere act of uploading such material, the user expressly grants Moraboo a non-exclusive, royalty-free license, revocable under the platform's policies and limited to the operation of the service, to host, store, reproduce, publish, unpublish, moderate, review, technically adapt, and communicate such content within the platform. The user agrees not to bring legal action against Moraboo for copyright, image rights, publicity rights, or equivalent claims arising from the publication, unpublication, moderation, restriction, or removal of content that the user themselves uploaded to the platform, insofar as such actions derive from the operation of the service, these terms, or applicable legal compliance.
Moraboo, through its administration and moderation team, may suspend, restrict, block, or cancel accounts when it detects breaches of these terms, security risks, attempts to evade moderation, conduct incompatible with the anti-escort policy, or any behavior that puts other users or the platform at risk. These measures may be temporary or permanent depending on the seriousness of the violation.
The platform is provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the complete absence of errors.
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Mexico. For any dispute related to the use of Moraboo, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent authorities in Mexico, waiving any other venue that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile.
Any change to these terms will be published in these same documents within Moraboo and an email notice will be sent to registered users. In the event of any discrepancy between versions in different languages, the Spanish version shall prevail.
