1. Data Controller

Moraboo, operated by Metasoft S.A. de C.V., with domicile in Tlalpan, Mexico City, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of personal data collected through this platform.

2. Data We Collect

Depending on the features you use, we may collect the following categories of data: identification and contact data (name, surnames, email address, telephone number, address, and postal code); account and authentication data; date of birth and age-verification data; profile and preference data (including gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, marital status, children, interests, and search preferences); physical or personal-characteristic data (including height, weight, and other measurements you choose to provide); photographs, videos, and other content; location data such as country, state, and coordinates; social-network links or identifiers; academic, employment, and income data; tax data such as RFC, CURP, tax regime, and tax address; and payment-related data such as cardholder name, country, postal code, card brand, and last four digits of the payment method, where applicable.

For age verification and profile authenticity, Moraboo may request images of official identification documents and, where applicable, biometric data or equivalent validation elements. Sexual orientation, biometric data, and other data that may reveal intimate aspects will be treated as sensitive data when that legal classification applies. Financial or property-related data will be processed only for the stated purposes and under the applicable legal basis and consent requirements.

3. Purposes of Processing

Your data is used to create and manage your account, authenticate access, manage registration through social identity providers when you use them, verify that you are of legal age, operate a premium dating platform with verification and strong moderation, publish or remove your profile and content, provide location-based features, prevent fraud and abuse, protect security, handle reports or incidents, provide support, process charges and renewals through payment providers, comply with applicable legal obligations, and generate technical and usage metrics. Non-essential metrics and tracking technologies must be used according to the user's applicable preferences and authorizations.

4. Data Retention

We will retain each category of information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. When data is no longer necessary, it will be deleted or anonymized; if a legal obligation, a need to preserve evidence for the defense of rights, or a security and fraud-prevention purpose requires retention, it will be blocked and retained only for the indispensable period. Sensitive data and verification documents will be retained for the minimum period necessary for their specific purpose. The existence of a paid period is not, by itself, a justification for retaining personal data.

5. Transfers and Processors

Moraboo may use providers acting on behalf of the platform or receiving data to provide specific functions: Stripe for payments and renewals; Google Analytics and Firebase Analytics for technical and usage metrics, when enabled and authorized; Google, Facebook, or LinkedIn for social authentication, when you use those features; Google reCAPTCHA for abuse and fraud prevention; and OpenCage or an equivalent provider to convert coordinates into geographic information. These services may involve international transfers and are subject to their own notices and terms. Only the data necessary for each purpose will be transferred. Official IDs and biometric data will not be shared with analytics or advertising providers.

6. Internal Use, Security, and Monitoring

We may generate and review technical logs, metrics, and security signals only to operate the platform, prevent fraud, protect accounts, and detect incidents. That internal monitoring does not authorize or replace the prior express authorization required for reverse engineering, traffic analysis, vulnerability scanning, or automated testing of the platform by users or third parties.

7. Data Rights and Withdrawal of Consent

You may request access, rectification, cancellation, objection, or withdrawal of consent in writing by contacting legal@moraboo.com. Your request should include your name, the email associated with your account, the right you wish to exercise, a clear description of the data or processing involved, and information that allows us to verify your identity. Moraboo will communicate its determination within twenty business days after receiving the request and, if applicable, implement it within the following fifteen business days, unless the law permits an extension. We may request additional information to verify identity and protect the account.

8. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect personal data and reduce the risk of unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. However, no system is completely infallible, and the user acknowledges this inherent limitation of any digital service.

9. Changes to This Policy

Any modification to this privacy policy will be published in these same documents within Moraboo and, additionally, an email notice will be sent to the address registered by the user.

10. Prevailing Version

In the event of any discrepancy between versions in different languages, the Spanish version shall prevail.

11. Contact

For general matters, you may write to contact@moraboo.com. For privacy matters, data processing, information deletion, or the exercise of data rights, the official channel is legal@moraboo.com.
