If you wish to delete your account and the personal data associated with Moraboo, you may request it at any time by email.
Send an email to legal@moraboo.com with the subject "Data deletion request" from the email address registered on your account or by providing enough information to identify it.
Once the request has been received and validated, Moraboo will make your profile, images, videos, and other information immediately invisible to other users of the platform.
Once the request has been validated, Moraboo will delete or anonymize personal data that is no longer necessary for the stated purposes, including images, videos, and verification documents that no longer need to be retained. If a legal obligation, a need to preserve evidence for the defense of rights, or a security and fraud-prevention purpose requires retention, the relevant data will be blocked and retained only for the indispensable period. The existence of a paid plan will not, by itself, delay the deletion of personal data.
All payments on Moraboo are made in advance and there are no refunds for early cancellations. The user may cancel renewal of their plan in accordance with the applicable commercial terms. A deletion request and subscription cancellation are separate processes: cancellation does not prevent the deletion request from being processed under this policy and applicable legal obligations.
You will receive an email confirmation once the full deletion process has been completed.
Any modification to this procedure will be published in these same documents within Moraboo and notified by email to registered users. In the event of any discrepancy between versions in different languages, the Spanish version shall prevail.
